Sometimes we have to face the fact we don’t know everything…. although we would like to pretend we did. Networking should never just be limited to “selling” but also include people who may know more than you. I always believed, if you surround yourself with talented people, you learn though osmosis. The first step is being open and not being afraid of asking for help.

I have the pleasure of working with a Colombian team of experienced designers, animators and programmers.   I am always in awe with their speed and level of creativity.  I have learned so much and grown in my own skill set. With all of my questions about different techniques, understanding concepts or wanting to look at source files… I know I’ve been a bit of a pest (jejeje). However, i appreciate their  patience with me and the knowledge I’ve gained.

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, I would like to show my “thanks” to some people I admire.
